Returns & Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully as it explains how we process refunds.

Before you continue shopping with us, we insist you read this policy for a better understanding on how we handle returns and refunds as well as be familiar with what is eligible and is not eligible for refund.

I – Refund Policy Regarding Shop Products

We have classified items in our shop section in two groups to simplify our return process.

I. 1. Refund Policy Governing Non- Promotional Items With Purchase Value Less than $99 (USD)

All accessories that are valued less than $99 (excluding promotional items) come with a standard 14 day warranty on functionality and are eligible for return and refund if and only if:

The refund amount is determined by our on-going store price (excluding promotional items) price minus any expenses related with Shipping and Handling.

For instance, if your purchased item cost $19 and on the day you ask for a refund it costs $12, you full refund amount for that item is $12 minus any shipping and handling fees, not the original purchase cost of $19.

a – the item was purchased within the last 14 days;

b – the item is in its original packaging and free of physical damages;

c – the item is not working as intended or is faulty with no clear sign of damages caused by you. we have protocols in place to deliver quality-assured products. As such we triple check every item for full functionality before shipping;

d – the order was cancelled before the item was shipped out and no shipping label has been created;

e – the item was purchased by mistake or you have a buyer remorse (in which case, there will be a re-stocking fee of $20% to make up for our handling cost)

Furthermore, all eligible refunds will be processed through the same payment method. For example, if you paid for your item using a credit card, we will issue the refund on that credit card. It is very important to note that refunds can be

I. 2. Refund Policy Governing Non- Promotional Items With Purchase Value Over $99 (USD)

All items with purchase value over $99 (USD) come with our standard 30-day warranty.

The refund price is determined by our store price for items not on sale minus any expenses related with Shipping and Handling.

For instance, if your purchased item cost $100 and on the day you ask for a refund it costs $75, you full refund amount for that item is $75 minus any shipping and handling fees, not the original purchase cost of $100.

All items over $99 are eligible for a hassle-free return and refund if and only if:

f – the item is still warranty from the date of purchase and is still in its original packaging and free of any defect caused by you;

g – the item was damaged during shipping at no fault to you. Proof of damage will be required to get a refund under such circumstances.

That’s why We strongly advise you record opening the package in case such proof is needed.

h – the item is not as described

i – you have buyer remorse (in which case you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee )

Furthermore, all eligible refunds will be processed through the same payment method. For example, if you paid for your item using a credit card, we will issue the refund on that credit card. It is very important to note that refunds can be

All repairs come with our standard 45-day warranty. There is no refund associated with repairs. Please refer to the terms and conditions governing our repairs for a full understanding on how we handle repairs.

III – Refund Policy Governing Our Unlock Section

All unlocks come with a hassle-free return if unsuccessful.

There is no charge or fees associated with any failed unlock and full refund will be provided whenever the unlock is not successful.

In applicable cases where we had to run a full report on your device, we reserve the right to deduct any expenses related to generating such a report (not to exceed $10)

Exception to the full refund on unlocks or No refund apply if the customer gives us the wrong information regarding their device ( IMEI / Serial Number).

IV – Refund Policy Governing Our Trade Section

There is no refund associated with our trade in services. With our trade in program, you sell to us or upgrade your device with us and pay for the difference.

All trade in items become our property right after the trade has been concluded either with payment or with an exchange or upgrade.. In the event of emotional attachment with your traded-in device, we reserve the right to impose a 20% processing fee in addition to any fees resulting from the trade such as generating a full report not to exceed $25 (USD)

V – Refund Policy Governing Our Activation Section

We do not provide any refunds whatsoever for our activation services on devices or mobile phone plans.
