Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

I- Return & Exchange Conditions

We offer a comprehensive return policy on most electronic products starting from the date of purchase. 

The return period varies depending on the product’s condition, price and availability for exchange first

 before refund is applicable:

  • Used with warranty & New items over $300 (30 days)
  • Used with warranty & New items priced between 200$-$299 (21 days)
  • Used with warranty and New items with purchase value between $100 and $199 (14 days)
  • Used electronics and new accessories with purchase cost less than $100 (7 days)

II- Exchange/ Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • come with valid Proof of purchase with clear and identifying receipt number
  • be returned in its well-kept and original packaging when applicable; meaning “no missing or damaged product packaging or accessories” 
  • was Not purchased as a clearance item and is in a condition as good as when purchased;
  • include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return;
  • A similar item or device is not available for exchange first.

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been damaged, tampered with, negligently used or modified;
  • Products that are missing any parts or accessories that were originally included;
  • Products that were purchased as accessories only, including but not limited to items such as screen protectors, cases, wires, cables, batteries, screen parts and sold as as-is, or on clearance at the time of purchase.
  • Products that are on sale or clearance with a purchase cost value of less than $20.
  • Items sold “as-is” for parts or for refurbishing (0 days Exchange and Return Eligibility)
  • Clearance items sold “as-is” regardless of purchase cost.
  • Products that are not delivered on time may qualify based on circumstances. 

III- Return Processing Steps

Follow these steps to initiate an online return for an eligible item:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Go to your order page in your account
  3. Select the item you want to return and click the “Return Product” button
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the return process
Follow these steps to return an item in store:
    1. Bring proof of purchase (receipt)

    2. Allow up to 1 hour to assess your returned item for battery and or motor-powered electronics

IV- Return Processing Timeframe

Once we have received and processed your return to ensure eligibility, 

we will first offer an option to exchange the item if the same item is available in stock within 1 business day.

Otherwise, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

In the event the device is eligible for exchange within 2 business days, we reserve the right to issue the refund in the account as internal credit that can be used as payment towards the same product as well as other products and services.

V- Shipping & Handling Fees Refund Conditions

We offer refunds on all eligible products within an eligible timeframe as previously described. 

If you are returning a product because it is defective or damaged, then we will also refund the applicable cost of shipping and the processing fees once we inspect, diagnose and confirm the item is eligible for refund.

 

If you simply changed your mind when you received free shipping and handling on your order, you will be responsible for paying for the full cost of sending and returning the eligible product in addition to the non-refundable processing fee of 3% resulting from the convenience and use of credit card processors such as PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, CashApp and other banking institutions with a minimum of $25 for wire transfer payments.

VI- Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any product that is not returned in accordance with our return, exchange and refund policy or was damaged by the buyer.

Additionally, we may charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20% for products that are returned in noticeably worse packaging condition that lower their respective values and need restoring and/ or replacing before it can be sold.

No refund nor exchange is provided for items returned after return window. 

For applicable electronic devices and tools, we may offer additional services and warranties through third party service providers that may delay the return or exchange.

VII- Additional Notes

We recommend that you ship your return package with a trackable shipping service as well as applicable insurance. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as described on our shipping policy page.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
