Fixed my 1500 desktop that was giving the BSOD. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Most importantly, you can tell the employees have a passion for computers outside of the money aspect. One of the better places to get your device fixed in Reston. Highly recommend

- This place is AMazing! The customer service was great. It was my fist time there and I was greeyed with a smile...who knew that still existed. The owners were kind and friendly. They gave me straight facts about my phone without the run around or upsale. When I asked for recommendation to fit my budget they fitted me with what I needed without braking my wallet. It's definitely worth checking out.

- This place provides the best phone repair service. If one had to design an ideal phone repair place, they could use 1 Stop Connect as a prototype. They fixed my screen within 20 minutes, were super friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
- They're the best!!! About couple months ago I went to buy an unlocked cellphone. I was approached and assistance was offered. Nick was very professional, happy, knowledgeable and friendly. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, he walks you through every single detail and specs. Excellent customer service and a very well managed store!
