    We recommend booking an appointment to reduce wait time and for the technicians to be prepared to address issues with your device, but welcome mail and walk-ins as follows:

  • Appointments customers get the benefit of availability, parts & tools to service them right away unless diagnostic is required.

  • Walk-in customers will likely get serviced for most iPhones and Samsung minor repairs since we keep those parts in stock, but may need to order more parts for the repair.

  • Mail-in orders require contacting us to pre-diagnose the device before shipping.

  • Once we receive your device whether in store or by mail, we create a service ticket.
